I’ve hit some really emotionally taxing chapters over the past few days.
I may or may not have cried a tiny bit whilst writing.
These scenes are difficult to write. They pull so much out of me, making me feel incredibly vulnerable.
So, the writing has slowed down a bit. Fortunately, I’m still ahead. Close to 34,000 words.
Thanks, friends, for your encouragement. It truly props me up.
*watch for Monday’s post for a book give-away*
You can do it. Yesterday I wrote a page and a half and considered that to be an accomplishment. Way to go Mz. Susie, way to go!!

Pleased to realize you are indeed human. I will now think of you as WonderWoman rather than SuperWoman. Those difficult-to-write sections might make your readers cry too, and that’s okay.

Oh, Denise, I am very, very human. 🙂 However, I do have an invisible jet plane. I’ll show it to you sometime.
I know that a lot of this book will make people cry. But, hopefully, the tears will be cleansing.
